Brooch and Earrings Set Firstly, let me say that vintage items are items previously owned and worn. I am not referring to a specific period when I say vintage. I am falling into line with a lot of people who call used items "vintage" although in my own mind vintage means antique. So, I will add further information about a piece if I have further details. For example, if the item is genuine Art Deco, I will say so. A very pretty brooch and earrings set by Juliana with unusual stones. The items are made from gold plated metal and they are not signed. Juliana did not sign their work - instead they attached paper labels or tags which over time got lost or destroyed. Very unusual to find items with original labels. The brooch is approx. 2 1/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches whilst the clip on earrings are not quite 1 1/2 inches in length by not quite 1 inch across. All pieces are in very good to excellent vintage condition. The design has small and larger round rhinestones in tones of pink but also lots of large navettes with glass that has a texture. Looks very much like Carnival glass but not sure if this is the correct term! These stones show pink but also sparkle with gold and tones of turquoise blue. Ever so pretty. All stones are present and all are prong set. Colours are prettier in real life! Postage and Packaging is £4.50 Uk postage.
