Brooch and Earrings Set Firstly, let me say that vintage items are items previously owned and worn. I am not referring to a specific period when I say vintage. I am falling into line with a lot of people who call used items "vintage" although in my own mind vintage means antique. So, I will add further information about a piece if I have further details. For example, if the item is genuine Art Deco, I will say so. A gorgeous brooch and earrings set by Park Lane, a company that you do not hear of that often. The earrings, which are clip ons, are unmarked but the brooch is signed on the reverse side. Obvious that the earrings go with the brooch. All pieces are made from gold plated metal. The brooch has fancy loops of metal at the top which support lots of glass facet cut crystals. The brooch reminds me very much of a purple bunch of grapes. It is very pretty indeed. The glass crystals are dark and light lavender with the darker crystals being AB coated so they sparkle with pink, gold and blue. At the end of each there is a gold cap. The glass crystals are connected to the brooch via chain links. The brooch is approx. 1 1/2 inches across the top by 2 1/2 inches in length.
