Gorgeous and elegant scalloped cake plate with pedestal in MINT condition! Limited edition, and numbered. French style but I think it is an Arnart import from Japan. Plate has courting scenes with lots of detail and is decorated in gold. It measures 9-5/8" across and sits 4" high on the pedestal, which has a unique locking system or can be removed.
