This is a gorgeous glossy black and white paint custom on the Breyer Silver mold.

His seams and logo are sanded. His forelock and mane have been adjusted slightly so they lay more naturally. He was primed and painted by airbrush. His eyes and details were done in acrylic, pastels and colored pencil.

This is is one of my first customs. I have been creating pet portraits for many years and I've decided to try my hand at model horse customizing. In 2004, my Hipporca, a half Orca whale and half horse, placed 1st the Adult Novice division. In 2005, Basilisk, a half Basilisk Lizard and half horse, placed 4th in the Adult Professional division and in 2006, Neptune, a half dolphin half unicorn, placed 1st in the Adult Professional division.

I do not claim that this horse is Live Show Quality but I was going to show him at the upcoming Model Horse Jubilee in October. I decided to sell him because I need the $$ for the real horsie!

All of my model horses have been stored in a special Breyer room in a non-smoking home.
