Really nice Edwardian engine turned match book cover case. Its European in origin and has hallmarks of 900 silver. The opening has a small cabachon sapphire at the closure area. The edges have greek key motif and the case measures 2.25" x 2". What a neat piece of a bygone era. The case comes in its original felt case from Shreve, Crump, & Low Company, Boston. Nice weight with nice patina. Will leave to buyer to polish. Good condition with a few teeny dings on back...SEE PICS FOR DETAILS. Check out my other great jewelry auctions over the next few weeks. Many rare items!
