WOW..Cameo Lovers..this piece is Beautiful! It is in Wonderful Condition, and the exact age is not known. The Condition is Fabulous..clean..and no damage that I can see to the necklace and the Pendant..Cameo. Such a Unique color.. The Cameo material I have no clue to what it is..The Cameo is of some weight but not overly heavy..so I would think not glass or shell material. At the top of the loop by the metal workmanship is has a S on it. Onback of the Cameo t is a breathing hole for the Stone?..Cameo-and it is of a Black matte finish. The metal of the Pendant is a silver colored metal..and the chain is a silver colored metal..rope..snake like feel...Nice!! According to the Estate, which this is from..the chain might not be the original..the clasp is a lobster style..and works great! The Cameo measures approx: 2 3/8 inches From Top to Bottom-(including the loop), and approx: 1 1/2 inches Wide. When I laid the necklace out from end to end it measures approx: 24 1/2 inches..NICE LENGTH! Do not let this Fine collectable Cameo piece pass you by!
