You are bidding on a GORGEOUS and VERY CLEAN EARLY LANE ERA CHARATAN'S MAKE EXECUTIVE GRADE estate pipe. This LARGE "MADE BY HAND" beauty has FANTASTIC STRAIGHT GRAIN AROUND 70% and washes into FLAME GRAIN ON THE REMAINING 30%. It has beautiful birdseye on the heel and a pristine birdseye covered rim. This pipe has been lovingly and gently enjoyed to say the least! It has been wonderfully preserved, and sure to exhibit Charatan's legendary smoking characteristics. It has very readable shank markings, and a very nice original taper stem that has a visible but quite worn CP stem mark. This pipe is A BEAUTIFUL DISPLAY OF EVERYTHING THAT WE LOVED ABOUT CHARATAN! This is their Signature Dublin shape, combined with wonderful straight grain. A beautiful example of the legendary English pipemaking tradition, from one of England's oldest and most collected brands. But don't take my word.... the pictures speak for themselves. This pipe also comes with a custom pipe sock to protect your investment. Markings : On the left of the shank, it is marked CHARATAN'S MAKE over LONDON ENGLAND over EXECUTIVE next to the LANE ERA FLORID L next to shape number 91. On the right of the shank is stamped MADE BY HAND. All shank stampings are lightly readable, a testament to the gentle handling of this wonderfully classy pipe. Dimensions : 5-1/2” long, 2" tall, 1-1/2" wide, and a 7/8" chamber diameter. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS TO PAY APPLICABLE SALES TAX All of my pipes have been refurbished to like new condition. I go the extra mile, so you can light it up as soon as it arrives, and enjoy that first smoke right away. Every pipe is rigorously inspected, and then sanitized and refurbished with the most meticulous care taken to restoring it to original condition whenever possible. Finally, the entire pipe is polished with Carnauba wax, to restore it to its original shine. Return Policy: I include many pictures from all angles, so that the buyer can see exactly what they have purchased. Before any refunds are issued, buyer must email me the reason within three days. I do not give partial refunds, but will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) upon return of pipe within seven days in unsmoked, as shipped condition. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction, as I hope to earn your return business, and so I will always be fair. Shipping: I meticulously wrap and pack all pipes and place into sturdy shipping boxes. While every attempt is made to prevent shipping damage, I will not issue a refund for shipping loss or shipping damage if insurance is not purchased.
