I am a Nippon/Noritake collector. I am listing some of my very personal collections, since I'm running out of room to display all of my beautiful collections. I had decided to down-size a bit, this round I will be listing very rare & beautiful Vases, Urns, Plaque and even Coralene pieces I just do not have the proper space to display them all. Hopefully it will find a good home. This is the only reason I am selling some of my personal sets. Up for auction is a wonderful Hand Painted Nippon chocolate Pot. This pattern featuring beautiful large dark and light roses with gorgeous hand painted gold overlay designs over deep cobalt blue background. Please see photos that I had taken for an accurate description of this beauty. The chocolate pot is in an excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, hairlines, or restorations minimal loss to the gold & the paint.** This is a large Chocolate Pot with lid that measures 10 1/4" tall with lid on, 9" without the lid on. 7 " spout to handle by 5 1/2" in diameter at the widest part. The base is marked in blue Nippon mark#52 Maple Leaf Hand Painted Nippon.I took many photos to describe the beauty of this set, and please let me know if more photos are needed.
