This is a gorgeous oak Model 7-HF-45 New Orthophonic High Fidelity RCA Victor Victrola 45 Record player. It is from an estate. Electronically, the only thing we could find wrong is the turn table does not revolve. I do not know if t is suppossed to be a belt. Do not know by what means the table is driven. T are two wheels with a rubber gasket around them that appear to be irregular in shape and one has a deep gouge in it. That may be the reason the table does not revolve. All 4 TUBES LIGHT UP and appear to be all right. T is a loud humming coming from the unit when plugged in and turned on. This 45 player is serial# 6312. It works at 115 volts - 60 cycle -- and 50 watts. The RCA tubes are 12AX7 -- 35C5 -- 35W4 -- and -- 35C5. The registration # is 27455. Cosmetically, the only small flaws I could find are: --The top front has a small dent. The dent is smooth. Also, the bottom has a sliver of wood missing. This player Has NOT been refinished. Cloth grill is excellent. Really great vintage record player! Measures 14" long x 14" wide x 9" tall. Thanks for looking. I also have a 45-EY-2 Bakelite record player on another auction. Be sure to check it out.
