GORGEOUS RHODOCHROSITE SPECIMEN FROM ARGENTINA 190.50 Grams - 952.50 Carats - 0.42 Pounds DESCRIPTION Excellent Rhodochrosite Specimen with outstanding pattern. Category: Specimen, display Specimen or material for cabbing or lapidary. Material: Rhodochrosite, top quality AA to AAA. Dimensions : 7.50 cm x 4.00 cm x 4.00 cm (1" = 2,54 cm) Weight: 190.50 G rams (952.50 Carats) (0.42 Lb) (1 Pound = 453.60 Grams, 1 Ounce = 28.34 Grams) Origin: Argentina THIS SPECIMEN This delicious Specimen features various shades of rose-pink in an intricately pattern with a great degree of crystalline translucence. The grade AA to AAA quality of this Specimen is from Rhodochrosite variety 9 de Julio specially used as Display Specimen, also used for cabbing or lapidary. GEMSTONE: Rhodochrosite is a rich rose pink gemstone, often with pale pink or white patterns. The name comes from the Greek word for 'rose red'. In Argentina Rhodochrosite has formed in stalagmites in the silver mines of the Incas since they were abandoned in the 13th century. Rhodochrosite is a 'stone of love and balance', which can assist one in attaining an ecstatic state during meditation. Wearing the stone is said to bring the vibration of joy into one's daily life.
