Fill with fresh fruit or a floral arrangement, this bowl makes it easy to arrange--and drive away the winter "blues!" This beautiful bowl has no chips or cracks and on the closest inspection no scratches on the base or body or feet that I can find. Condition-wise, it is one of the most lovely peices I have offered. This is a graceful and heavy bowl with a diameter of 8" and it is approx. 3.5" high. You will be happy to find many uses for this especially fine work of art. A very fair starting bid with no hidden reserve for a Steuben Dreves bowl in show room condition. Steuben glass is one of the world's premier artisan glass houses. Each piece is hand made and unique, yet conforms to the highest quality standards of production and design. Often given by US Presidents as a Gift of State, Steuben ranks with other world reknown glass houses such as Daum, Lalique, St. Louis, Bacarrat, Orrefors etc. Steuben is a luxury brand and they have no "sales". Thank you for your interest in this item and please look at the other art glass I am offering on Ebay this week. (the Scroll footed Bowl is Steuben Style #7967 and was recently "retired" making this design available only on the secondary market--it was priced the same as the trillium bowl which retails for $800 before taxes.)
