This is a green opalesscent epergne, I am not sure if it is vasoline glass - but sure looks like it. It has 3 flutes and the 2 crystal stems to hold the last 2 flutes which is all removable, the tall middle flute screws in and out, the others slide in and out of a holder with a slot to slide a tab down into. One of the medium flutes on the end when made - did not get centered with tab and slot, so it does not slide all the way down, but does not hurt the beauty of this piece ( holds the flute just fine ) - just causes the one to set up a tad higher than the other ( maybe it is suppose too, I don't know ). Now the 2 little ones on the crystal holders on the bottoms are a little sharp w they were cut to look ok - I tried to picture them by themselves. The lady that owned this said it is as she bought it years ago, as she was an antique collector. The bowl under it is absolutely gorgeous, not round, it is more square and it is about 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 in size. The epergne is around 23 inches tall and widest point is 16 1/2 inches. Your buying as is and thank you for looking. Will send invoice with shipping and insurance (required) at the end of auction to get correct shipping to your zip code - please email with questions and I will try to answer the best of my ability. I tried to do two different backgrounds for the pictures so you can read more
