This is Beautiful Vintage Oil Painting, Frothy Waves, Birds, Ocean. It is signed By Artist R Jar???? and framed. Overall, it measures 25 by 21 inches. The frame is gorgeous gold wood. The frame and the painting are vintage, so not perfect. The painting has some crackling and an area, (shown in picture 4) of missing paint. The frame is embellished with lots of carved detail, it has some dings, the gold is thick and rich looking. I will add more pictures if needed. Thank you!!!
