It is not required, but it is preferred . Due to our high volume of sales, some items may take from 5-10 days to ship. However, most items are shipped within 3 days. We will only accept returns if the item is not as described; we will not accept it back if you decide that you do not like it or do not read the listing correctly. Refunds are given as money back; refunds are given when the item has been returned.
