Manufactured by Gorham in the Lyric pattern, this sterling flatware set for 6, plus serving pieces. Five piece place setting for six and extras. 40 pieces altogether.
The set includes the following pieces: 6 Salad/Dessert Forks, 6 1/2" long 9 Dinner Forks, 7 1/4" long 6 Dinner Knives, 8 3/4" long, stainless blades 6 Butter Spreaders, 5 3/4" long 9 Teaspoons, 5 7/8" long 3 Large Serving Spoons, 8 3/8" long 1 Ladle, 6" long. This is a solid and heavy set. Altogether the set weighs 44 1/2 troy ounces. No monogram; very nice condition. They could just use a polish. We've left that to you. We will ship the set in some anti-tarnish felt pockets. Stamped on back "Gorham Sterling Pat. 1940 / Lyric". Very solid set in a simple pattern with nice heft, offered at the scrap value.
