Gorham Sterling Silver Fairfax Pattern--99 PIECES--Service for 12 For your consideration is an extremely well-kept service of Gorham sterling silver in the elegant and timeless Fairfax pattern. Fairfax is one of Gorham's all-time most popular patterns and a tribute to the company's commitment to excellence in design and craftsmanship. Although Fairfax is no longer manufactured, it remains highly desirable and widely collected. If you purchased these pieces individually from the good folks at , you'd spend over $4,400.00! I must sell the set, since it is part of my deceased father's estate and his assets must be divided. Due to the set's value and to maintain privacy, bidders will remain anonymous to the general eBay population. This set includes the following items, plus the box, all pictured: · 13 salad forks, 6 ¼ inches · 12 forks, 7 ¼ inches · 12 knives, 8 ¾ inches · 13 teaspoons, 5 ¾ inches · 16 ice tea spoons, 7 ½ inches · 5 cream soup spoons, 6 ¼ inches · 6 demitasse spoons, 4 1/8 inches · 2 two-tine butter picks, 5 ¾ inches · 1 sugar spoon, 5 7/8 inches · 1 Five O'clock Teaspoon, 5 5/8 inches · 1 butter knife, 6 7/8 inches · 6 flat handle butter spreaders, 5 ½ inches · 3 serving spoons, 8 3/8 inches · 1 pierced serving spoon, 8 3/8 inches · 1 gravy ladle, 6 3/8 inches · 1 large cake server, 7 1/8 inches · 1 small cake server, 6 ½ inches · 1 carving fork, 8 ½ inches · 1 carving knife, 10 ¼ inches · 1 baby fork, 4 3/8 inches · 1 straight handle baby spoon MONO-Bill , 4 ½ inches Each piece was lovingly purchased and cared for, enjoyed very gently and joyfully, and always hand-washed and polished using only Wright's silver cream. Every piece is in splendid condition! Sterling silver is extremely difficult to photograph, and I am far from a skilled photographer. In taking these photos, I tried very hard to capture the pieces' true condition. Everything is in wonderful shape. Nothing in this set is monogrammed EXCEPT the baby spoon, which has the name Bill engraved on the handle. I welcome any and all questions and will do my best to respond promptly to all polite inquiries.
