DESCRIPTION: This is a Gothic Carved Antique Oak French Cabinet measuring 56" x 20" x 60âe . The top cabinet opens for hidden storage, while the large canopy space underneath can display other items. It is in excellent condition and a very unique, rare and collectible piece. CONDITION: In overall very good condition. Antique and vintage items by their very nature are used items and will show signs of normal wear due to age and use. As we define 'very good condition' relative to the stated age of the piece, we would expect to see 'character marks' consistent with that age and could include minor nicks or dings on a piece of furniture, normal separation at joints in wood due to expansion and contraction over time, all locks functioning, and all drawers and doors open or slide easily. If any of the original trim has been replaced or minor restoration has been performed, it has been so expertly done that it is difficult to tell. Any damage or markings will be noted in the description or photos. PAYMENT: We accept PayPal and Money Orders. All payments MUST be received within (7) days of the end of the auction. Your bid is a lawful binding contract. Any items not paid for within 10 days will be relisted, and eBay will be notified of the delinquency. Please contact us if you are not able to meet these requirements and we'll try and work with you. SELLER INFO: We will work with every customer to ensure that their item is expedited to them in a timely manner and all information is current to ensure proper execution. We will answer any questions you may have about a particular item to the best of our knowledge. SHIPPING: All oversized items and will have to be picked up locally in Houston , Texas , otherwise, you will have to arrange for your own shipping. For shipping quotes, we suggest the following: Antique Transport ; AC Delivers ; Old Dominion Freight ( ; or Craters & Freighters . LOCAL PICKUP: Items may be picked up locally. Please send a message after the auction's close, and we will give you our street address and directions to coordinate the same. STORAGE/ABANDONED ITEMS: We will store your merchandise for FREE for 14 days after the auction's end. After 14 days, t will be a $25.00 per week storage fee, unless prior arrangements have been made by the buyer. We will not bend on these charges, as we cannot store your items for you. Merchandise not picked up after 45 days from the auction's end, without good cause, will be considered "abandoned goods" and will be resold or discarded and you will NOT get a refund. NON PAYING BIDDERS: All non-paying bidders will be charged a 20% restocking fee ALL SALES ARE FINAL! GOOD LUCK BIDDING!
