You are bidding on the Volcano machine only in this auction. First let me start by saying that I do not know much about pinball machines. I purchased these 2 machines for my own personal use in my gameroom from a local guy who had them for many years in his house for the same purpose. These machines have been in a house for many years and not used commercially for a long time. I had new matching locks installed with new matching keys, new rubbers and bulbs, and the playfield cleaned and that's about it. It is set up to add credits without inserting coins but everything is t to put it back the other way. Everything seems to work fine and all the displays work, etc... but the machine is a little temperamental which I understand is normal for this era. It is a very fun machine to play as you can aim the ball when you shoot, it features multiball play, has a top flipper in addition to the bottom 2, and has really need sound effects and the lights on the top that go in sequence and it looks like the volcano is erupting. Sometimes after it sits awhile you have to plug and unplug some terminals/plugs on the back board behind the glass to get the pop bumpers to go, or lights, etc... It comes with all the keys, instruction manual, and 2 new pop up targets [the only thing that I know needed replaced]. I bought them but didn't know how to install them. The cabinet and playfield and backglass are all in good shape with some normal minor wear, etc... The only reason I am getting rid of this machine is that I do not know how to work on them and I am told that these machines from this era need some mods and work occasionally to be able to play them constantly so I have decided to buy a newer machine that needs less playing around and tinkering to keep working all the time. I am told this is a highly collectible machine and in great shape for its age from someone who knows about pinball machines but I can in no way warranty this or the other one as they are older temperamental models and moving them can cause them to malfunction, etc... and need tinkering. Buyer is responsible for pickup and packing etc... I cannot crate, lift or move them at all as I have a herniated disc in my back, but they are on the ground floor with no steps and will go right out my gameroom, through garage to the driveway and street - all level. I am told that you can call North American Vanlines for a quote to be crated, delivered, etc.. and they specialize in that type of delivery if you need it. Apparently t are several companies that do this type of shipping but buyer will be responsible for all that including setup,etc... Payments MUST be received within 7 days of auction end and BEFORE pickup! I CANNOT SHIP. Paypal payments accepted and PREFERRED. Checks must clear before pickup[10 business days]. Money orders can be picked up with no wait. All sales final. Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax or provide completed tax exempt form with payment. Thanks for your bids!
