It is on The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Department State House Boston letterhead. Dated September 16, 1919. Letter is addressed to Mr. D.M. Wheeler 230 Forest Park Avenue Springfield, Mass. The letter is an acknowledgment and thanks from Governor Coolidge to Mr. Wheeler. And is signed at the bottom of the letter by the Secretary to the Governor.
