Up for bid: Rare Vintage Graflex Norita #66 High Quality Medium Format Camera With Lens "I was consigned a large collection of vintage quality cameras and photography equipment from a New York estate". We will be listing this nice collection periodically over the next couple of months. INFORMATION: Estate Lot: Found in an old Western New York Estate from a collection of quality vintage cameras is this Graflex Norita #66 camera. It has a serial number of 683536 and was found with a Noritar Kogaku 1:2 f=80mm lens with a serial #4012302. This is a very heavy rugged and well built piece of gear. This camera allows for 6x6 images on medium format 120 and 220 film. This camera has a very similar design to the modern Pentax 67 camera but is FAR less common and is a true collectors piece. It offers shutter speeds from 1/500 to 1 second, B and x-sync. The focusing screen looks clean and clear. It has a standard prism has the marking Graflex Norita on its front. CONDITION: The camera looks to be in very good to excellent condition, well taken care of as well as its lens. Any cosmetic surface scratches are negligable. The camera is very clean and I do not see any impact marks or damage. This camera looks as if it has been hardly used, and the lens was protected by a clear filter.
