This slag glass vintage car ashtray was in one of the oldest insulator collections in the country--a collection that hasn't had a new addition in years. I know that this is an authentic vintage ashtray which would have had a suction cup attach it to a car's dashboard. I am not a collector of these items, but know that a lot of folks seem to mistake them for an insulator. Maybe you purchased one thinking it was used in electric communications....not! Colorful pale green base color with blue, brown and black slag swirling. Measures 2.75" in height The ashtray measures 2.75" tall and is a nice light green milk base with blue, brown and black slag colors swirled. Condition: Mint condition.
