This is a kit used to build your own Grandfather clock from Emperor Clock Company. It is model 101- Tempus Fugit with Westminister chime. I'm not sure what all the proper terminolgy is but it includes the clock face and movement. T's a piece of paper that says This carton contains your weight shells which have been carefully packed. The three center rods, three top hooks and the three bottom nuts have been packed in the center shell. The top and bottom caps have been packed in one of the side tubes. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. The instruction booklet is included. This will be shipped in the original box. It looks like it was never unpacked and still has the original plastic on it. The instructions say this clock is a 8 day, weight driven, chain wind, full Westminster chimes, chimes each quarter hour and strikes each hour.
