is a HO/HOn3 Wentamuck Mine kit from Grandt Line, part #5902. This kit is brand new and in the original packaging. It represents a typical gold or silver mine that sprang up along the Rockies and Sierras during the 1870's. These were usually 2 or 3 man operations and used a steam hoist to raise and lower the ore bucket. This kit contains a hoist house with a lean-to coal bin, an outhouse, a headframe with a sheave and ore bucket, mine collar with a ventilator shaft and diversion chute, mine track and mine car, steel barrels and cribbing. A built model has a 5" X 9" footprint. The photo below shows what a finished kit can look like. I have several other items available and will combine shipping for multiple auctions.

A Word on Shipping

I do not make money on shipping, so t is never a charge for handling or packaging.

I use USPS Priority Mail for a majority of my shipments because it is fast and you will usually have your item in 2-3 days. Because of the recent increase in postal rates, I will offer shipping for many of the smaller items by First Class Mail in order to cut down on shipping costs. Books and videos are shipped by media mail. I also have numerous items for sale at a time and will always combine on shipping costs to save you money. If you buy multiple items w weight becomes a factor, I will use UPS, at your request to lower the costs. If you purchase multiple items that are small, they will be combined into a Priority Mail package since it will be more cost effective. Unless prohibited by the post office, every item I put in the mail will have a tracking number for delivery confirmation. I will gladly provide it upon request. If you do not receive your item in a reasonable amount of time please contact me.

Lastly is the matter of insurance. Although I take every reasonable care when packing your item, I can not be responsible for what happens to the package after the post office takes possession of it. All purchases over $50.00 will be insured, at no extra cost to you. This is for your protection as well as mine, and is in compliance with current Ebay rules. If you do not agree with these terms, then please do not bid. Also, if you have any questions please feel free to email me.

Auction Information: I do not use a reserve price on my auctions as I believe that it discourages bidding when people don't know if they have any real chance at getting the item. If it is an item of significant value, I will simply put a starting bid of the lowest price that I will accept for the item. This will protect my investment as well as guarantee that the item will be sold after someone places a bid. I will not end auctions early to make a fast sale. This is unfair to other bidders and violates Ebay’s policies. I do offer "Second Chance Offers" at times as I may have multiple items in my inventory.

Customer Satisfaction: It is my desire to satisfy my customers. Each auction will have a detailed description of the item along with photos. If you have any questions, please email prior to bidding and I will do my best to clear up your questions.
