This is an ORIGINAL FIRST print poster (approx. 14" x 22", and printed PRIOR to the shows on fairly thin stock. For a detailed description of the printing history of this poster, please see the BG 0-75 page at . This is the Type B) that was used to promote a series of shows featuring the Grateful Dead, Yardbirds, Country Joe & the Fish, Lightning Hopkins & Loading Zone. These shows took place Oct. 21-23, 1966 at the historic Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco. This classic early psychedelic image was designed by Wes Wilson, and is referred to as BG 32 in the Bill Graham Fillmore series. This beautiful poster has been very carefully preserved for over forty years, and is in VERY GOOD condition (handling along the bottom edge, and a tiny tear on the top edge. The poster is otherwise very clean, and one would frame VERY nicely). This is guaranteed to be an ORIGINAL Fillmore poster, and we will gladly issue a COA upon request.
