Welcome and Please sit a Spell! Graveyard Flies.... Oh How Yummy! Naturally, This is a Kitchen Witch must have recipe! Even if you don't bid on my art ... I still wanted to share this delightful graveyard treat! Graveyard Flies Filling6oz mixed raisins and currants (Flies) Dough Pastry1 small apple, finely chopped 12 oz flour 1tsp of cinnamon spice 8oz butter 1tsp allspice water 1/2tsp cloves2oz soft brown sugar2 tbsps water1 egg Mix the filling ingredients and bring to boil to dissolve sugar, cool.roll out 2x9 inch square of pastry and spread filling to within 1 inch of the edge. Place the other dough on top and pinch to seal. Brush with egg. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake 30 mins at 350 degrees.Cut in squares. Now about this fun Witchy Art!
