I'm cleaning out my closets and getting rid of a lot of things, starting with my plate collections. This one is the Great Cats of the World plate collection from Lenox. It consists of eight plates by the artist Guy Coheleach and each bears the artist's signature. Each plate measures 8 inches in diameter. They are rimmed in 24 karat gold and are numbered. These plates have never been displayed and come with their certificates. All are in excellent condition. Issue date was in the mid to later 1990s, I'm not sure. Opening bid on this collection is far below the $40 per plate original issue price. Please note that the display stands are not included in the auction. The set consists of the following plates: White Tiger Chinese Leopard Jaguar Lioness Lion Snow Leopard Puma Siberian Tiger I will only ship these plates Priority mail. I don't feel parcel post will be safe enough. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I won't take responsibility for items lost or broken in the mail. I package my items very carefully. I do combine shipping, but with these plates I don't know if it will be possible to do that with more than one collection as I have some larger sets. Please contact me first.
