Great original circa 1912 (has a 1912 dated testimonial in the back so is around this year) sales catalog or brochure from Shaw manufacturing Company of Galesburg Kansas listing their engine kits to "Convert Your Bike Into a Motorcycle". Catalog has 16 pages including the covers. Included are photos of the full kit, nearly full page photos of the Model B 2 1/2 HP attachment on a bike ($80.00 back then) and Model M 2 1/2 HP attachment on a bike ($95 back then), full descriptions of the parts of the attachment and their virtues, motor specifications, terms of sales, photo of machine shop producing the crank cases, testimaonials, Photo of manufacture of Fly Wheels, and a photo of the assembly department of Shaw Manufacturing Co. Front cover has a great graphic of the Shaw engine on a bicycle in front of a lake. Back cover shows a whole floor full of finished Shaw engines waiting to be bought. Booklet measures 6.25x3.25 inches in size and is in excellant condition, but does have three folds in it (was stored folded in quarters like this which is what maintained the excellant condition (may have even came like this when delivered) and the item will flatten out just fine!), a small tear on the back cover, and overall tanning to the paper.
