This auction is for one (1) Great Northern Railway ORIGINAL MASTER PLAN for the 30 Foot x 48 Foot Standard Depot with Living Rooms plans, elevations, details, floorplan, foundation plan all on one sheet dated 1911 from the chief engineer's office in St Paul MN. This original one of a kind drawing was done in black india ink on linen by the Great Northern. It is beautiful in great condition way better than images will show on eBay. Ships rolled in a tube and it has never been folded. Suitable for framing or copying. This is the original master working plan for this subject. Size is roughly 2 feet by 3 feet unrolled. Really nice item 96 years old as I write this. (Please note that all my little JPEG images on eBay are going to appear darker or somewhat muddy compared to each actual photgraph or plan being auctioned and those are really really nice photos plans. I do not sell junky photos, slides, or plans. Everything for sale is in great condtion unless I say otherwise in the description. The bottom line is that whatever I am selling when you get it it will probably look BETTER and in some cases a lot better than it does because I am photgraphing these things quickly in order to get them on auction. As you can see in my details below I am selling thing to sell them and so I don't have a return policy. But please understand that what I am selling is really nice stuff and everyone who has bought from me so far has sent me emails saying they really like the materials and can I sell them more. All my policies for this auction are as follows: $10.00 SHIPPING charge for this item in a tube. NO handling fee, NO hidden costs of any kind. Insurance optional at extra cost to you. You can add it when you pay eBay's invoice at end of auction. Combined shipping rate applies for all items won from my auctions with a calendar week Sunday thru Saturday. Ebay's combined shipping is set up to charge the highest shipping charge of the group of items you might win and then it discounts all the lesser charges. For example, if you win two items and each shipping charge is $4.60, you pay only one $4.60 shipping charge. If you win two items and one shipping charge is $10 and the other $4.60 you pay the $10 charge and the $4.60 is discounted. And so on. Shipping is usually by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation but on some larger items at my option I will ship via UPS. Please pay right after the auction ends. In any event payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close. If you can't do that then please do not bid. I will ship it to you soon as I can after I get your PayPal payment or as soon as I know your payment cleared my bank and that CAN TAKE A WEEK OR MORE so please be patient.
