Description This is a powder jar with a screw top lid. A mottled pale green and cream ground is decorated with pansies in, mauves and blues and cream. Condition The inner lid w the screw portion is, has suffered rim chips, as has the upper neck of the jar (see photos). However, the lid does still screw into place and stays secure. Additionally, t is one chip on the lower rim of the lid (see photos). T is a faint spider hairline crack on the base under the signature. Material Pottery Measurement The jar stands 4" and the diameter at the widest point is 5 ¾". Age 1910 Maker's Mark The bottom is signed in green W Moorcroft . Shipping Details... Domestic shipping costs are 15.00 US . Please note that for domestic shipping (within Canada or to the continental United States) rates are calculated based on estimates for packaging, insurance and typical or average surface shipping rates that we encounter while shipping to locations across North America. Unfortunately we find that shipping within Canada is not necessarily less expensive than shipping to many zones in the US and tfore our Canadian shipping rates do not differ from our US rates. We can ship by air at additional expense, which would be based on the increased rates at the post office. We can often offer a discount for combined shipping. International Shipping is also available. Please note that due to the varied rates to ship world wide, you will need to contact us individually to determine these costs. Shipping by surface is often quite slow (in our experience anyw from a few weeks to a few months). Small package rates (for shipping by airmail) are quite reasonable. However if the package is larger than 900mm (length + width+ depth) or heavier than 2 kg shipping internationally by air can be very costly. Please note that most items are packed and shipped within two business days after receiving payment. We ship using Canada Post unless otherwise requested . Our experiences with shipping have often resulted in quite a wide variation in shipping times, which we have no control over once an item is en route.
