The popularity of the "Pendleton Blanket" spread to other tribes and settlers that were moving to the area. Tourists from the west and all over also purchased the blankets to take home for themselves and as souvenirs for family. Within the blanket holds a combination of beauty, quality, durability and superior warmth. Pendleton's blankets have a reputation for superb craftsmanship and quality which continues to be a hallmark of the Pendleton Blanket and other Pendleton Prod ucts .
