ITEM DESCRIPTION: Great old emblem marked: REO MOTOR CAR CO., THE FIFTH, LANSING MICHIGAN, U.S.A. Very good condition with just a slight bend below the wing on the right side which has caused a tiny amount of webbing in the porcelain at the edge. Otherwise color is bright and no pitting or corrosion on front, minimal on back. The previous owner was a collector and marked the back with a piece of tape that says Prior to 1926, so I'll rely on his expertise (tape is still in place and visible in scan). If this is your kind of thing, be sure to keep an eye on my auctions as I'll be selling dozens of vintage emblems and ornaments through the next couple months, as my day job allows.

I do combine items to offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases and I will be happy to ship by virtually any method at the buyer's request and expense. As indicated, I will ship worldwide but PLEASE email first--some shipping rates can be ridiculously high.

GOOD NEWS : You're buying from a seller with 3000+ positive feedback and an 8+ year history on eBay with the same user i.d.-- pretty rare these days. The few negatives I have are either retaliatory comments from deadbeats or personal slams--you won't find anyone unhappy with an item. (In fact, all of my negatives are from unregistered users and their comments could be removed from my record, but the eBay pirates charge $20 per transaction for feedback removal. As you may be able to tell, I'm WAY too cheap for that!)

Finally, I do reserve the right to nullify the results of this auction and relist the item if eBay is down for any portion of the last hour of the listing or if a catastrophic disruption occurs which prevents internet access to large portions of the U.S. I don't play games (like bidding up my own items), and I always sell without reserve, so I'm sure you can understand that this is a necessary safeguard.
