Gorham Silver, ca. 1940-1950, silverplate replica of a Greek Kylix from 300 BCE, made for the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art. A lovely reproduction of an absolutely beautiful Greek Kylix that resides in the Met (which has a really fine collection of Greek and Roman silverplate and bronze, among other things). Size and Condition : Kylix = 2.125 inches high and 7.5 inches across the handles. A substantial piece with some weight to it. Condition is overall very good, but for accuracy's sake, I will mention that t are a few small scratches that do not detract from the overall beauty of the item. The Fine Print Returns for full refunds are accepted only in cases of substantial misdescription, in which case your postage each way will also be refunded.
