This auction is for a beautifully executed Chalet art glass bowl that is stunning in both its classic mid century modern form and the wonderful sommerso layers of green and clear glass. Ribbons of green glass have been incorporated into the clear glass of this abstract free form bowl giving you a sense of art in motion when viewed from any angle. Approximate Dimensions : 8" in width at its widest point and 4 ½" in height. Markings : The bottom of the vase has an acid etched mark with the following words: Chalet Canada Overall Condition : Very good. T are cracks, breaks or repairs. T is a small nick on the base and some wear to the bottom of the bowl that is consistent with the age of the piece. Please refer to the pictures as they are part of our description. This unique Art Glass bowl would be a fantastic addition to a collection of vintage Chalet Glass, a wonderful complement to a collection of Murano glass, Mid Century European Art Glass, or a striking decorative accent in a retro modern décor. PAYMENT The successful buyer will receive an Ebay notification regarding the purchased item. Buyer is to use Ebay process to request an invoice. The invoice sent to you will include shipping costs. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of auction without exception. If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item reminder will be sent. If still not paid within 24 hours of the reminder, a Non Paying bidder will be filed and item will be re-listed. Negative feedback will be posted for non-paying bidders. Provincial Sales Tax will be added to purchases from Ontario residents. FEEDBACK Appropriate feedback will be awarded to bidder at the conclusion of the transaction. SHIPPINGOur shipping rates as are based on the shipping costs to the destination, plus a handling fee of $2.50. You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary for larger or high-end items that require double boxing. Delivery confirmation goes on ALL of our packages and insurance is based on final selling cost. We ship on Fridays unless otherwise specified. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS Accepted method of payment for shipments outside of North America is through Paypal only. International buyers agree to assume responsibility for import duties and to accept events which are beyond our control (including Customs delays) that may result in delivery delays. REFUNDS We do our best to describe and provide detailed pictures of our items so that you are happy with your purchase.
