I think this is a complete set. I am not entirely sure. I tried looking online but can't find anything about this set. It does not look like it is being sold anymore. There are 31 windows. They are working - going up and down. I did paint several white - you can see in the pictures. Two of them have damage. You can see in the pictures. But all the pieces are present and with a little glue can be easily fixed. The only thing that can't be is one of the window panes has cracks on it - I took a picture. Maybe there is a way to make a new one? There is dust on the panes - these have been in storage for years.I tried building a dollhouse but just could not do it. I read a review of this set and it was positive. It cost $200. But I was surprised by its quality when I got it. I felt it rather poor and flimsy but that could simply be my lack of experience. I also never cared for the Greenleaf dollhouses. But rather than keeping this gathering dust I thought maybe someone can use it - especially seeing how hard to get it is. I can't even find anyone selling it on eBay.
