C1930-40 Includes Hansel and Grettel, The Frog-Prince, Rumpelstiltskin, Snow-Drop, The Twelve Dancing Princesses, Tom Thumb, The Elves and the Shoemaker, The Robber Bridegroom etc. - 54 stories in all! This is a lovely book, beautifully illustrated with sixteen colour illustrations and many black and white by Helen Stratton, and is in very good condition for its age. It is bright and well-bound with a little light foxing on the preliminary pages. Green covers with design on front board, boards in very good order and the book is strongly bound and clean throughout. Inscription on fep. Slightly faded gilt titles on the spine.
