Scribner's, 1920. First published October, 1920. Scarce Scribner edition. Book condition is VG with small scraps to front plate (see photo); edge wear in spots all around, especially the corners; faded spine with gilt barely readable; and, wear along the back side of the spine (see photo) along with several marks on the back side. There is a 3" paper cut along the back seam off the top. Note that the PO label shown on the back end paper was cleanly removed...no trace. Strong spine, square boards, completely clean text and no tears. 12 full color illustrations. An attractive copy despite flaws.
