W. H. GRINDLEY & CO. PLACE SETTINGS INVEST IN HISTORY! BID ON A BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE ONE OF A KIND AQUA-BLUE LUNCHEON SET. The "Manila" pattern (as shown by the trademark) is an elegant white color with an AQUA-BLUE trim of scrolls and flowers motif surrounding the cups, inside the cups, on the handles of the cups, and is continued throughout the serving platter and serving bowl. These pieces are in such great condition they appear LIKE NEW! They have been date stamped Circa 1898 as evidenced on the luncheon plates. You are receiving: 4 cups: 3 ¾" at upper rim 4 matching saucers: 5 ½ " 4 matching luncheon plates: 8 " 1 matching platter: 12 " 1 matching serving bowl: 9" AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE, THE SELLER WILL PROVIDE TWO ADDITIONAL LUNCHEON PLATES AND SAUCERS IN CASE OF FUTURE BREAKAGE. T are no cracks, chips, or evidence of brown discoloration. However, t are two small chips on the underside rim of the small bowl.
