Found this at an estate sale I tried several times to take a picture of it inside the house but no details would show so finally had to take it outside for the pics to turn out I never noticed the brown spots on the outside of the lid until I took these pics I cleaned it with water and rubbed oil on it before used it to cook a dish with and the food tasted fine. Maybe it needs to be seasoned a little more but it's a very nice looking lid I can't make out the number on it but it could be 1060? It fits tightly on a #10 Wagner skillet that I bought at the same sale Shipping is $10.00
