This auction is for a set of six (6) vintage Griswold Big Block cast iron skillets with matching handles. We are offering in this group of skillets numbers 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. Circa 1930 - 1939. The # 3 skillet is marked 709A - it measures 7" spout to spout. The # 5 skillet is marked 724A - it measures 8 3/4" spout to spout. The # 6 skillet is marked 699H - it measures 9 3/4" spout to spout. The # 7 is marked 701D - it measures 10 1/2" spout to spout. The # 8 is marked 704A - it measures 11 1/4" spout to spout. The # 9 is marked 710 - it measures 12 1/8" spout to spout. They are all marked on the bottom with the desirable Griswold Big Block logo, and all have matching handles. This is an exceptionally nice set of vintage Griswold skillets. These skillets are all in excellent clean condition - no rust, no pitting, no cracks, no repairs. They all sit flat with no warping. All six skillets show very little use with only very minor utensil scratches from normal use. All six skillets have been lightly seasoned, ready to use. Please email any questions.
