This is a very beautiful and harder to find #9 Griswold button logo cast iron dutch oven with no cracks and it has been cleaned and seasoned. The cooking surface is very nice with some scratches, utensil marks, and very shallow pitting (see photos). The lid is the Griswold easy care cover and it fits nice and snug. The Griswold logo on the bottom is nice and crisp. When placed on a flat surface, there is a slight amount of movement. A dime slid under one side completely stops all movement if that helps you picture it. Overall, this is a very nice Griswold dutch oven with the harder to come across button logo. I think the #9 size is just about the best size dutch oven for just about any cooking that you may do. I use one myself! I have described the dutch oven as well as I can but please look very closely at all of the photos as they are part of the description and be sure to ask any questions you may have before purchase.Cast iron is fragile and heavy and I pack very well for shipping to get the item safely to you. That being said, shipping costs are only estimates.
