This auction is for an antique Griswold Cast Iron Rabbit Cake Mold numbered 862. The mold is marked #862 and also Griswold MFG CO. ERIE, PA. I believe this mold is from the 1940's - 1950's. This mold is in great condition with no rust, no dents and no dings. This belonged to a family member and still has some old cake mix on the inside. I don't know how to clean this, so I am leaving this up to the winning bidder. This comes with the original mailing box and another original box that fits perfectly inside of the mailing box. (I will ship this in a bigger box to preserve the original box). When I opened the box to examine the mold, this was wrapped in an old Newspaper add from Montgomery Ward, dated 1959. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping, handling and required insurance fees. I accept Paypal, Money Order or Cashiers Checks.
