1892 Presidential appointment of Walter Creamer as Collector of Customs in Castain District, Maine. Signed by President Grover Cleveland and the Secretary of the Treasury, sealed with Treasury Department seal. Strong, dark presidential signature. These Custom's appointments are rarely seen on the market unlike the much more common Postmaster appointments typically seen. Good opportunity to get a presidential signature on a great document at a reasonable price.
