GRS CPL Dwarf Signal Instruction Book This auction is for Handbook No. 17 published by the General Railway Signal Company of Rochester, NY. This book is dated September 1939, and it has 12 pages. It is in mint, pristine condition, with no notable bends, folds, tears, or discolorment. These are very collectible signals, so add to the value of your restored signal by keeping the correct documentation with it. CPL dwarf signals were a hallmark of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and although this book doesn't specifically call out the B&O, it does print B&O Standard 13.5 volt 17 watt bulbs are satisfactory replacements. As rare as CPL Dwarf Signals are, the instruction books are at least as rare. Shipping will be via First Class USPS, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
