The pill box has a removable lid and seals very tightly so that your favorite item can be safely stored in it while wearing it around your neck. Red and green enamel lines wrap horizontally around the center . "GUCCI " is engraved on the front of the lid and "ITALY" is engraved on the back of the bottom part This rare and unique piece is sure to turn some heads.CONDITION The pill box necklace is overall in good condition with light scratches. The gold plating on the bottom part had faded. The bottom part is lighter than the lid. The exterior is in good, clean condition and the enamel is all intact.
