hi, is a great old piece of Gulf advertising memorabilia.This was hung outside or inside a business for kids to put letters to santa in , and i guess it helped draw business when it was put out.It is 17" tall,12 1/2 " wide and 7 1/2" deep.Paint is pretty good on it but far from perfect. Has a tiny bit of rust on the top of the lid that opens, and a bit inside.T is some paint flecked off and tThe gulf emblem is not a sticker but is painted on like all the rest of the lettering on this item,but part has wore off due to the high volume of santa letters I guess.I can barley read some writing on the top lip of the door when its opened.I see "advertising"and New York, made in USA.Again some of the writing i cannot make out.Part of the clasp is missing w this door closes to lock.W you see "Be sure your letters are stamped" is w letters would be slipped in as it is a hinged flap door.The large front panel shown open in one of the photos is a little bent.Shipping qupte is for continental US only
