Gulf Lighted Gas Sign 28 Inch Service Station Light Description This is a 28inch wide 25 1/2 inch tall and 6 1/2 inch thick Lighted Gulf Gas Service Station Sign. The date on this sign is 1986 and was removed from a station when Gulf went to BP. I have not tested this sign but all the parts seem to be in place, Ballast Flourescents ect. with the wires coming out of a hole in the back of the sign (3rd photo). This sign has BP green paint along the back edges and on the back as you can see in the photos and is not on the sign front. This paint could be removed with stripper im sure. T is a chip in the blue paint on the top of the sign in the second and third photo (not visable from the front) This sign has the metal back and frame and the polycarbonate acrylic Gulf orange, white and blue logo sign front. T is a screw or rivet missing in the back on the edge w the side meets the back metal just below w the power wires come out. T is some green paint on the L and the F as shown in the second photo. This sign is in good shape for its age and but is used. Feel free to ask questions and study photos before bidding. This sign is heavy due to the Ballast and metal and will be shipped USPS.
