You are bidding on a 32" diameter, lighted, one sided, 6 1/2" deep Gulf ID Sign This sign has never been used and has been sitting in a Gulf warehouse in Providence, RI for many years. It is NOS in mint condition, bright and shiny, the pictures say it all. It will come to you in the original shipping carton. Not a scratch on the sign face, no signs of yellowing, and not a dent in the aluminum case and no oxidation. The shine on the metal of this sign is amazing for an old sign It also has the manufacturers original tag still attached to the side of the sign. As you can see in the photos it lights up perfectly. All you will need to do is attach your own cord and plug to the three short wires (Positive, Neutral and Ground) that come out of the back of the sign. It operates on normal house current and can be hung indoors or out. This is the latter model of the gulf disk signs. In the 1990's Gulf entered into a partnership with a supply company and became Gulf LP. When they did this they changed the signs to be square with a blue background and a centered Gulf Disk. This is a rare opportunity to own this style sign in this condition and is about to become even more collectable. Very soon Gulf will be starting a new re-image program with more square signs that have clouds in the background.
