Offered for bids is a lovely H.Bequet, Quaregnon Pottery tall vase in great condition. T are no chips, cracks or crazing seen. Vase has gilded handles and top rim and gold design throughout the cobalt blue pattern. The bird with large plumes and floral pattern has a pale green to aqua colored background which is also inside vase and on bottom. It measures 13 1/4" high, 5 1/4" at top and 5 1/2" at bottom. Bottom has criss cross design marked #752, H.Bequet, Quaregnon , made in Belgium.T are some manufacturing flaws scattered on the bottom as often seen. Vase was well cared for and belonged to lady with fine taste in decorating. Age of vase may be 1940's to 50's. The company which started in 1934 ceased production decades ago.
