Fabulous Austrian Art Deco Aviator from Werkstatte HAGENAUER ca. 1930's. Highly stylized AVIATOR on a fine tray... measures 4 1/2" in length + 3 1/2" in height. In almost 30 years of collecting, this is the only one I have ever seen! Has signature "wHw" touchmark on the base as well as "made in austria". Overall in very good condition with patina. I like the appearance of the metal and will leave any further cleaning or polishing to the discretion of the high bidder. May be of strong interest to those also collecting Aubock, Baller, Bosse, Wiener Werkstatte, French Deco, et al...
