This is a great Ball Blue Ball Half Pint canning or fruit jar. It is very strongly embossed Ball Ideal on the face. It is stongly embossed Pat'd July 14, 1908 on the reverse. It is embossed on the neck with Bail on one side and a backwards 21 on the other. The base is cupped and embossed with a underlined 3 in the valve mark. It has a perfect color match blue glass lid that is held on by a solid wire bail showing no rust. The jar is in perfect mint shape with a perfect smooth rim and t are no chips, cracks or dings anyw It has strong mold lines and several seed bubbles that makes it display wonderfully! T are a few useage scratches but that is typical for a jar of this age. A great half pint that is not a reproduction but the real McCoy antique. It would be a great addition to any retro kitchen as a canister or adding to a collection. Please check out my other auctions for more great jars. Always happy to combine shipping!
